WHEREAS, on the west side of the old courthouse,
Phil William runs a clothing and dry goods
business that has been in his family since 1908;
WHEREAS, the Williams Fashion Center is a
modern substitute for an old-fashioned general
store offering lots of paper goods, greeting cards,
lamps, picture frames, jewelry, copper pots and
unusual items in addition to women's fashion. The
building is also the home of Lunch on Limoges, a
popular restaurant which has been in operation for
over twenty-eight years; and
WHEREAS, Williams Fashion Center and Lunch on
Limoges are currently under the management of
Phil Williams who took over operation of the store
and restaurant from his parents, Virgil and Virginia
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the
Board of County Commissioners of Pasco County,
Florida in regular session duly assembled, that
said Board hereby recognizes the 100th
anniversary of the Williams Fashion Center in
Dade City, and encourages the citizens of Pasco
County to visit this historic treasure.

On April 18, 2008 a representative of the USMC, presented Phil and Skip with a
United States flag in appreciation for their support of U.S. service men and women
serving in Iraq.
The staff of Lunch On Limoges prepare large batches of their world famous Fruit
Muffins and ship them to hometown members of the armed forces serving overseas.
